I designed and built this drawer system/sleeping platform after doing a lot of camping in my 4Runner, including tent camping and just plain sleeping in the back. I looked online for inspiration and settled. Floor sleeping for years now, still find neck pain every now and again. Any recommendations on pillows, or possible pillow placement? I always sleep on my back. I have a buckwheat pillow that doesn't. Sleeping with my butt plug is actually one of my favorite activities, first was very distracting but progressively I learn to relax and fall a sleep peacefully with my njoy plug, the feeling of fullness.
